Denby Pottery Village is delighted to welcome back The Makers Market for the first Food & Craft Market of 2026 on Saturday 28th February, 10am–4pm.

Denby Pottery Village itself opens from 9am, with breakfast and lunch served at Bourne’s Coffee Shop & Bistro. The centre closes at 5pm. At The Makers Market, visitors can look forward to a wonderful array of delicious treats and handcrafted goods to brighten the winter days.

Expect bustling food stalls, handmade crafts and talented local makers offering stunning artwork, unique jewellery, beautifully made candles, ceramic gifts, and sweet and savoury delights. It’s the perfect opportunity to shop small, support independent businesses, and find something truly one-of-a-kind. There will also be free live music from local artists and a warm, dog-friendly atmosphere.

Alongside the market, there’s plenty more to enjoy across the Village. The Farm Shop will be hosting tastings of Little Doone Balsamic Dressings, with delicious options available from The Greedy Pig Butchers & Deli and the Farm Shop Café & Takeaway. Bourne’s Coffee Shop & Bistro will be serving breakfast and home-cooked lunches.

Browse the well-stocked Greeting Card and Gift Shop for present ideas, including popular Jellycat ranges, and visit the Garden Stall as it gears up for spring. The Denby Shop offers the widest selection of Made at Denby ceramics at great prices, while one of Derbyshire’s largest cookshops stocks quality cookware, bakeware and kitchen accessories — from table mats and roasting tins to ironing boards.
